About Me

Harsh Baid

I am Harsh Baid, an Associate Technical Lead at Horizontal in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Minnesota. I lead teams building enterprise SitecoreAI platforms, composable and headless, and I still write code myself when it helps. My work centers on technical leadership and solution architecture, and in the AI space especially I spend more time architecting the approach than running the build.

I write to document the things that cost me time, so they cost you less.

Most of my career has run through the Sitecore ecosystem, from on-prem XP to today's headless SitecoreAI, and that is where my focus sits lately: web CMS solutions built on it. A growing part of the work lives at the intersection of Sitecore and AI-assisted development, teaching coding agents like Claude Code to handle the repetitive, error-prone parts of content operations so the rest of us can focus on the interesting problems. A few of my open-source projects grew out of exactly that:

  • sitecore-agent-skills - a growing library of agent skills for Sitecore content work: moving content, publish-and-verify, and config review.
  • claude-ado-pr-review - an Azure DevOps pull-request reviewer built as a Claude Code skill.

Most posts here start as a real problem from real work, written down while it is still fresh - the write-up I wish I had found when I went looking. If any of it is useful, or you just want to compare notes, I would love to hear from you.
